Started by photographers. It shows.
It started behind the camera. Luke spent a decade shooting weddings here and abroad, and at every reception he watched the same scene play out: beautiful people stepping into a photo booth and stepping out looking like they'd been shot on an old Nokia.
He knew they deserved better. So he built his own. Couples noticed. Then brands noticed.
As the story grew, Ed stepped into frame, an editorial photographer and videographer from the world of art, with a very good eye and zero tolerance for bad lighting. Together, they can wrangle a crowd of hundreds and still get everyone's good side.

Every booth runs professional cameras under proper studio light. Then every frame gets The Cinematic Edit, our signature style in two looks: Portofino for colour, Noir for black and white. Skin comes out naturally smooth and glowing, with colour and tone finished by hand, the same way Luke edits his wedding work.
Even our white backdrops come out actually white. Not the murky purple or dull grey you see behind everyone else's photos. It sounds small until you see them side by side. Most booths don't think that's worth the effort. We think you are.

What comes with my booth?
Unlimited prints, a custom strip design, the full digital gallery within 2 days, a box of props, and free delivery, setup and pack-down within 25km. Albums, magnets and custom props are available as extras.
Does someone stay with the booth?
Not unless you want one. Our booths run themselves and are simple enough for anyone to use. We can see every booth remotely and fix most things instantly, and a tech is never more than 15 minutes away. Rather have someone there all night? Just ask.
How many people fit?
Up to 25 in Lucida, our open booth. Up to 12 in Futura Lux and Modula, our enclosed booths. Up to 8 in Lucida Lux.
How much space do you need?
Futura Lux needs just 1.3m × 860mm and stands 2.1m tall. The open booths like 2m × 2m and can squeeze into 1.5m × 1.5m.
How long does setup take?
30–45 minutes, done before your guests arrive. It's free and never counts toward your hire time.
How far ahead should I book?
How long is a piece of string? October to Christmas is our busiest time, so if your date is set, it pays to get in early. Quieter months can be surprisingly last-minute.
How do I lock in my date?
Send us your date and postcode and we'll quote, usually the same day. A 50% deposit secures it, and the balance is due six weeks before. Need a payment plan? Just ask.
Are you insured?
Yes. $20 million public liability, with the certificate in your booking documents, plus WorkCover for our team. We can provide a risk assessment if your venue needs one.
Where do you work?
Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with free delivery within 25km of each CBD. Further out? Ask. We travel more than people expect.
